REFUND & EXCHANGE
POLICY
All original artwork sales are final. I am not able to accept returns of original paintings.
For local purchases only, I offer a 3-day exchange of an original artwork for a credit towards a new artwork with greater or lesser value; under the condition that the original artwork purchased is returned in perfect condition with no damages, within the 3-day period.
To assist you in your purchase of an original artwork; if you are unsure of the size or colours of an artwork and want to be able to visualize it in your space, please contact me for assistance.
If you live in the Barrie, ON area, a viewing of original artwork can be arranged upon request. Please contact me for details.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
If you are simply unhappy with your illustration print purchase, you may return it within 7 business days for an exchange credit towards a new artwork with equal or lesser value.
You must package the illustration print in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the painting, or you can schedule a drop off time. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility.
ILLUSTRATION PRINTS
If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final, as the client is given the opportunity to make changes during the development of the piece.
COMISSIONED PAINTINGS
All sales are final. Prints are carefully produced by a trusted local printer upon purchase. As your print is being made to order specifically for you, please understand that I cannot accept returns for prints and reproductions.

CANVAS PRINTS
Ryley James Art currently offers shipping within Canada.
Please contact me for shipping quotes to international destinations and for all larger products.
Paintings are shipped via Canada Post with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Free local pickup at the studio is available for customers in Barrie, ON. Select “free local pickup” at checkout and contact me to arrange a pick-up time.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
I do my best to package your art carefully to industry standards. Although very rare, there is potential for damage to occur through the shipping process.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact me and provide photographs of the damage. We will discuss how to best proceed on a case-by-case basis.
